AVIA 106 Airspace & Air Traffic Control studies the US National Airspace System, including standard and special use airspace, navigational aids, and air traffic communication. In addition, studies basic air traffic procedures and regulations including control tower/non-control tower operations and radar/non-radar separation.
This
class meets every Thursday from 2:00-3:30pm starting Thursday, January
11, 2024 for the entire semester. Plan to spend 2 hours of additional
study per week.
